What's the proper way to activate the second Divine Strike (Eon badge) when using this addon? First I hold RMB until LMB changed to Salvo then hold LMB, then when RMB is off cd, I just hold RMB again? Sometimes it doesnt work and requires me to spam click the 2nd RMB instead.

Do you think this will pose a problem if my macro has F in it. So maybe it will auto loot the moment the monster die and before I could stop the macro.
