    After reinstalling the launcher checking files and updating + deleting the settings.ini as suggested it works now.

    I did make sure and when I try to change it to other language it throws up an error even before I get to the pin. Well I'll try reinstalling the launcher and report back. UPDATE: Reinstalling launcher didn't seem to work.
