You need the variant ids. Should be the same id as the "base" skill + a number (for example, 211210 -> 211211 -> 211212 -> ....).
Assuming that each hit is a separate skill, which I think it is unlikely.
The first one can be done by removing the skills with already existing knowledge.

Well, you can't remove the animations and expect the animations to work.
Try enabling the skills, check your mods, and as a last resource do a file scan.
I actually do NOT recommend setting the memory cleaner to 5 minutes. Consider 15 minutes.
Also, disable "no texture streaming".
Consider sticking 64bits to avoid most crashes.
