But titan surge starter doesnt share global cd with twisted metal starter so even if u click 2 2 u still can go and do X and finish with twisted metal e.e u would end up min maxing cuz u did additional punches during titan xD

Well i just tested and rly tried hard to replicate problem that u had but i couldnt... e.e Did full dummy parse 3 times and had no problem ( 5-6 mins each)

Are u sure that u didnt apply addon more then once on a clean file?

Well i asked 2 very close WLs who are using this addon before i even published it and they told me that problem which u got sometimes never happened to them... e.e (they are shadow) Which spec are u playing?

They are right skills and their dmg is on spot so its not addon having "weak" skills...so dunno what else to tell u on that e.e What do you mean by spamming same button 7 times for each chakra?
