Open "The Game Server is currently in maintenance"

Every time I launch BnS buddy I get this message but the game is not down for maintenance.. Apparently Multi-tool had to remove the maintenance check on their client, though I am having other issues with that too. I just pointed that out because I think there's a false positive that the client is creating that's messing with these launchers.

Managed to get NEO NA to work but the other regions, including Live, don't seem to work.

It's the servers being DDOSed.
You can disable the maintenance check.

yeah, I found it in the options but then it gave me another weird error._.

Ok so it seems I had to disable version check as well to get it to load but now I keep getting "[NA/EU] user's (email not providing) Game Process Died"

That can be caused by many many things, including the servers being down.
