Nope, modding for neo is still a while away.

Endless is cooking up bypassing the signature, but, after that, the flood gates for neo mods should open.

Until then, not much is out in the public.

The best way to keep track of this is to join the Discord server and getting the "Member" role, so you can see the modding channels.
