The game doesn't only freeze when doing interface related stuff. It stutters every few seconds in some areas. Also I changed profiles correctly (watched a tutorial for it).

Hi, my game freezes every now and then for 0,5s. Openeing the menu causes a 0,5s freeze too, and mouseovering items in inventory (or doing other interface-related stuff) drops the fps badly. All this happens on lowest graphic settings as well as with the settings for low-end PCs. My PC: -...
