  1. Request Addon Celestial Basin Rainclouds timer notification option

    I think what he wants is, like an add- on/interface or a "Timer" that can help him keep track of when the rain clouds event takes effect in Celestial Basin. Instead of waiting around for it to just happen, he wants a timer that way he knows exactly when its going to happen.

    the exitlag dood figured it out for me. it was the Avast Firewall blocking it. its just this software doesnt notify me like Noping did. and even when noping did say something it still connected so it never occured to me that was possible.

    was a feature in the game that was only implemented for a short time that had its own separate bar that "boasted" or spread a server wide notice/message telling people when someone upgraded or made something of high grade. i think it had some issues though or people complained about it hard...
