I guess you could try modding the weapon to be invisible. No idea if that helps with fps or if it can still be done.

Hmm I'm not sure either. I used to play with #20 just because the burst seemed higher with the Exhilaration badge (which kinda helped me tanking in raids with high ping and ~25fps lol). Other than that, I feel that there's a higher delay between the skills on simple mode compared to macroing...

The opposite actually: if you're using #20, then you don't need #02. They fixed the falling stars bug last year iirc, so you don't need addon #12 either, unless it's personal preference. I haven't really tested this new gcd edit so I have no idea, sry. The guys over the BnS Academy discord or...
