+ Fixed Bug: Internal libraries were outdated and prevented users from auto extracting update on certain languages of the os

Updater 2.5.4.3
+ Fixed Bug: Internal library did not match updated and would cause crash on start
+ Fixed Bug: Even if no update was available, auto update routine would run

2.5.4.3 was a quick release to fix the bugs i caused in 2.5.4.2
