The Program stopped working BnsBuddy??

hello as the title says the program does not start it stays in play and I throw 2 posters, and it is intalado and deleted 4 times and I do not know what it could be. Can you help me or give me some advice?

can be 2 things
1: Your ip needs to be revalidated with ncsoft launcher
2: Your ip is blocked from the login servers

Things to solve this issue:
1: Bad resolving, open cmd and flush dns cache then reboot.
2: Use vpn to bypass the ip block
