Solved Splash Mod not working

im using Bns Buddy..
Change splash using tool Splash Changer at Bns Buddy
im download splash from this site, im apply and run game, splash not show until game running,,

Only works on certain headers.
paint.net adds the proper header for bns to make it work properly

here is a dumb question, can i make the original splash art smaller? my monitor is 1366x768 and officail one takes the whole screen. i would like to have it smaller to the center only like 75% of how the original is ... can i? even if i have to go through bns buddy " custom splash" it's totally fine. how should i proceeed if it's possible?
