Open Returning player bnsbuddy won't launch the game

Returning to BNS to check it out after maybe 2 years. installed the game ran it with the nc client the game worked, logged out and tried to add bnsbuddy addons and launch it again now the game won't launch, tried to scan and repair the game it detects no change and now i'm stuck can't launch it with bns or the NC launcher. attaching the error msg I'm getting as a SS.
