no, got a GCD now, wind still works for 2nd and 3rd
what does GCD mean? sorry im not that smart on all this kind of stuff.
It means nothing. Everyone is using this term without knowing what it is actually.
Originally, the Global Cooldown Bias allowed to slightly reduce the cooldowns of skills according to latencies, even for the "hidden cooldowns" (short CD of "instant" skills).
NCSoft didn't change anything for the archer's GCD. They just added a CD to Dart's stage 1 which can only be reset by stage 3, itself only available after stage 2.

Can you put also the storm Bolt (4) to the rotation with the other skills on rmb too please? Storm Bolt > Awakened Rapid Shot > Rapid shot > Flip Shot > Dead Eye > Longshot > WindBolt(1) > WindBolt(2Removed) > WindBolt(3Removed) for normal and simple mode
