Request/Shadow Sin Dynamic Kick button change

Hello. Is there any way to change dynamic kick button from rmb to lmb ?

I made an addon that is for simple mode that moves Dynamic Kick from F to RMB but I changed it for Normal Mode with what you wanted. Take note I didn't have time to test it so you will have to test it yourself. Dynamic kick may interfere and/or clash with either Mist Slash and/or Spinal Tap. So use at your own risk.
