Open Plugin loader, not loading any plugins

[Ikusagami]

well the title says everything.

1) I turn on ''Plugiinloader''
2) then i pick the plugin i wanna install (in my case bnspatch)
3) I presss on Install

Nothing happens. when i try to xclose i it say the manager is still working
(i have waited for half an hour)

Thanks in advance, hopefully someone can help me
EDIT:
seems like the moment I turn on the Plugin Loeader switch, it will be like that.
