ncsoft login problem

I do not use email to log in to ncsoft.
Users who signed up long ago could use id.
So I can not log in.
Can you solve this problem?

I don't understand what has changed. What region are you playing on?


But what I recall, is that they disabled id long time ago. Almost a year. or more.
And they also disabled ingame login, so now the only option for na/eu is using email.

I am playing on a kr server
People who have signed up before 2011 still use id

you can login on the website and sign in with the email linked on the account or contact support.
