Solved Launcher and buddy not working. IP issues?

Hello I was playing fine, and suddenly I dc, and now i get this messages:

I don't know how to fix it... Already try a dns flush and using a vpn but is not working..... Any ideas?

try connecting your internet to a dns server like 1.1.1.1

Same happening to me, tried different DNS, still doesn't worked, restarted my pc as well.

Ur ip is blocked
OR
ISP issues with the routes
OR
NCSoft having issues
