Request Addon Is it possible to make True Fullscreen addon?

The KR version has 3 display mode options:
Windowed
Windowed Fullscreen
FullScreen (true fullscreen)
I was wondering if its possible to make an addon for true fullscreen, it does have 3 display options in our BnS document settings.

Sometimes, you have to do it 2-3 times to take effect.

I'm aware of that. I'm just wondering if its possible to make the option available for us, since KR server had it way before Circle of Sundering update. I just dont know why NCWest didnt make that option for us available already.

Yes, no, maybe, probably, unlikely....
It depends.

If you define "better", then it is a question that can be answered.
So far, the generic point is: it should increase fps a little, but you can't alt tab or use 2 screens.
