Good morning friends, I have a problem installing the bnsbuddy addons, when installing the bnspatch it does nothing and does not let me go back because it tells me that it is working on it

Please check event viewer and find any logs related to bnsbuddy.
Paste them here, so I can see if there's any issues with the app and I can fix it.
