Addon Soul Fighter help with editing this Addon plz (add Howling Blast to simple mode)

I have this one which some kindness just shared,and for sure delight my game experience!
But I'm just really bad at editing this myself so that looking for help here

here is the order I prefer on simple mode:

Kingstrike - Howling Blast - Kingfist - Dragonfury

all the order is set except Howling Blast.

hope there is someone can help or teach me how to do it, I'm willing to learn!
