Help me with the hat mod

When I replace the hat onto the cat ear, the hair still there and not remove. Please help me, how to fix that? Sorry for bad English :(

in fact you can't remove the hair.. this is done server sided by ncsoft.. you sould get some other hat.. then you can change it better
