Solved Error 5385

Hi, iam a new player, I installed bns but when the launcher is download the gane update, SEND me error 5385, says that is a is or firewall, I turn off windowfirewall and uninstall antivirus. Help me.

I have an asus 15 with geforce mx110.,windows 10
