Request Texture Emberstomp removal from f12 moyun?

Is it possible to remove the ground animation of emberstomp? If yes, can some1 guide me or provide addon?

You don't take damage from it, so it makes no difference. move on

its not about dmg... it weirdly stutters and affects input sometimes, so i was wondering if its possible to remove animation
