Open Does Translation no longer work?

Recently got back into the game and using the latest BNS Buddy. I am playing on TW server and trying to load up English Translation ontop, I've followed the Common Errors and Possible Fixes to the T, however it doesn't seem to be working.

You need the latest translation available. Although, I have no idea if there is any working one.
