Classic Title Screen

Had this for a while. Put this in your mod folder to use the classic title screen we've all known and loved since 2011. Missing some textures but it still works fine. the water effects even work on the gunners no water sound tho, needs the old sound files I have around here some where....but using it will remove the gunner an other sounds.

No music will play tho. Pretty sure I know why but uhhhh I don't care...
