Other Chinese Patch for EU server

Hi, does anyone have the latest Chinese dat file so that it can be used for the EU server?

There isn't one.
And probably there won't be one for a while.

All you can do is to write your own xml file for bnspatch.
Like, THE WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLE xml had to be re-written,
And it will probably take a HUGE amount of time for the game to start.
