Whenever I try to log in on my account, it says wrong password or email. I can log in okay on the regular game launcher. Any way to fix this?

Things you can try:
  • Check the spelling of the email and password
  • Check that the password is within the guidelines on the website.
    NCSoft doesn't follow their own guidelines for passwords.
    This information is available in the login window, in the help.
