Solved Bns buddy decompile compile and apply gone

I've recently come back to bns and started using bns buddy and I tried redoing all my previous mods by entering them in again in bns buddy but there's no apparent method of applying the code. When I log in nothing has changed.

Bns Buddy had a changed, you only need to press save and it's all done! (for addons)
Mod manager now also works with sub-folders to organise it properly.
